Ready to challenge yourself and have fun? The UCL Campus Run is back at UCL East, in the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Whether you are a confident runner, or starting your running journey, this event is for everyone! After signing up, you will receive support before and during the run, to help you every step of the way!

The UCL Campus Run is an inclusive, fun and welcoming event open to UCL students, staff and Alumni. This event will be taking place at 14:00 on Wednesday 30 April, at UCL East - Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Taking part in The UCL Campus Run is a great way to start or continue your running journey and being active! Here is why you should sign up:

  • Physical benefits: Get active and enjoy the rush of completing The UCL Campus Run. Use the TeamUCL support package to help you prepare for the day!
  • Mental wellbeing: There is lots of evidence to show that being physical active has a positive impact to your mental health wellbeing. This can include activities such as walking an running. Physical activity has been shown to increase energy levels and self-esteem, help improve mood, reduce stress and prevent and manage anxiety and depression (Sport England, Mental Health)
  • Community: Connect with the UCL community, and support each other through this exciting event. After the run, join us at Riverside East for our post-run social, to celebrate your incredible achievement!
  • Personal challenge: Set yourself a goal whether this is to walk, jog or run! Crossing the line will leave you with an incredible sense of achievement. Don't forget to show of your medal with pride!
