Activities Representatives
You will be a member of the Students’ Union’s democratic meeting, Activities Zone. You will be participating in debates and shaping projects to improve student activity at UCL. The following individual positions are considered to be Activities Reps:
- Sports Reps (2 Positions Available)
- Societies Reps (Non-portfolio) (3 Positions Available)
- Volunteering Reps (2 Positions Available)
You will also work closely with the Activities & Engagement Officer, in addition to the following Student Officers on projects:
- Sports Reps = Sports Officer
- Societies Reps = Societies Officer
- Volunteering Reps = Volunteering Officer
Your Responsibility
- Represent the voice of relevant sports/societies/volunteering
- Be an active member of the Activities Zone
Your Eligibility
Sports/Society Rep - You will be an active member of either a Sports club or a Society.
Volunteering Rep - Open to everyone.
Time Required for Role
These are part-time, unpaid positions. You are expected to attend Activities Zone meetings and a range of additional events, approx. 10-15 hours per term.
Welcome and Training
The role is supported by a full programme of training, development and support to help build all of the skills and knowledge required and to support longer term personal development.
If you are elected into the role you will be required to attend mandatory training:
