We’re heading to Bentham Farm for a wholesome gardening session where you can dig, weed, sow, and grow. Whether you usually get involved in farm activity or you have never taken part in a gardening session, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Come for the plants, stay for the fresh air, muddy hands, and good vibes.

Big Help Outs are all about small actions creating big change when we come together. At our events, you’ll always find friendly student and staff faces to make sure you feel welcome and supported.

Spending time outdoors can boost your mental wellbeing, and working with nature is a great way to recharge. By helping at Bentham Farm, you’ll be contributing to a green space that benefits the local community, while enjoying the satisfaction of planting and nurturing something new.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothes, comfortable outdoor shoes/boots
Meeting Point: A member of our team will meet you outside Ifor Evans Hall at 10:45 to escort you to the venue.
