What to expect at Project Active’s Social Walking Group
Looking for a fun and relaxed way to stay active?
Join us for a social walk around Gordon and Russell Square! Whether you’re an experienced walker or simply looking for a gentle way to get moving and meet new people, this walk is open to everyone.
These peaceful green spaces in the heart of Bloomsbury offer the perfect setting to unwind, enjoy friendly conversation, and take a break from the stress of daily life. It’s a simple and supportive way to lift your mood, clear your mind, and stretch your legs.

Location: Meet at Bloomsbury Theatre (Ground Floor) at 14:50 for a 15:00 start
What to wear: Wear whatever feels comfortable for walking
Please note: You may not be able to join the walk if you are more than 10 minutes late. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
