Taught by Clara, this class will focus on foundational techniques, spins, and control, helping you build strength, fluidity, and confidence in your practice.
Class Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants must meet the following prerequisites: Climbs on Static Pole: Ability to execute and hold a basic climb. Sits on Static Pole: Proficiency in holding a comfortable and secure pole sit. Previous Experience: Familiarity with beginner-level static pole techniques, including grips and transitions.
