Box HIIT is a high intensity class alternating between elements of boxing and exercises at pace with short rests between sets that will get your heart rate going.
Each class consists of 30 mins of exercises to improve core stability, strength, agility and speed to help you feel fitter and stronger.
Classes begin with a warm up and end with a deep stretch session.
The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels but be prepared to have a good workout!
You will need:
- around 2m x 2m area of space
- yoga mat for stretching, if you don't have one please find a non-slip/soft area to use instead.
- a towel
- water bottle to stay hydrated!
Joining Instructions:
You’ll need to access Zoom via your web browser or download the app.
You do not need an account or subscription just the joining link.
The zoom link will be in your booking confirmation email.
