Welcome to  UCL Muay Thai club's first official Beginners sparring drills session  !!

What to expect:

  • Light Warmup / Cardio
  • Stretching
  • Combination drills in partners
  • Introduction to light play sparring

Comfortable/Active clothing  is desirable but not essential - remember to bring a waterbottle!
Equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own!

This session will be led by World-renowned coach and fighter, from Bloodline Gym, Phil Casper! 

Please note you will need a Standard membership and Ticket to participate in training this sessions training.
