Bushra Rashid is a Careers Consultant for the BEAMS Team and works with students to increase their employability skills through one to one’s and workshops. With her background in Human Resources Management in the private sector, Bushra has vast experience of recruiting graduates and helping them to develop their career management skills.

Nicola Urquhart (Careers Team Leader) is a qualified Careers Consultant with experience leading and teaching employability across the HE sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Careers Guidance and a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice, and is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
