What to expect at TeamUCL Muay Thai Club:

As part of the TeamUCL Fair and UCL200 Active Campus Celebration Event, Muay Thai Club will be showcasing a short demonstration of padwork and light sparring, followed by a fun “have a go” session and some challenges. This is a great opportunity to experience what the club does, learn some new skills, and ask any questions you may have about the club.

The session is designed to be:

• Beginner-friendly with no previous experienced required
• Inclusive and welcoming for all students
• A fun way to try something new and get active
• An opportunity to meet club members and learn more about the sport

Session Description:

Join Muay Thai Club for a short demonstration of padwork and light sparring, followed by a fun “have a go” session and some challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to experience what the club does, try some new skills and meet club members.

Whether you’re completely new to Muay Thai or already have some experience, you’re welcome to take part and ask any questions you may have about the club.

Location: Main Quad Mini Stage

Time: 2:00 - 2:30 PM

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the session. Please bring a water bottle with you.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
