Plant a Seed and Paint a Pot: 10:30 - 15:30
Join Student Support and Wellbeing for a chilled afternoon of painting and planting, as part of their Your Guide to Thrive campaign. You’ll be able to decorate your own pot, plant a seed, and take it home to watch it grow over the term. It’s a relaxed way to switch off for a bit, get creative, and add a little greenery to your space – everything you need will be provided. 🌱🎨

The UCL East Student Advisers will be on hand throughout the afternoon armed with water bottles, sweets and other freebies! Chloe, from the Personal Safety and Crime Prevention team will be here to answer any questions you have about keeping safe in London and the UK.

Reflective Drawing: Tree of Life at UCL East : 12:00 - 13:30
Join a free, reflective drawing session with our Counselling Services team to explore your story and build resilience through creativity. In this one-hour workshop, you’ll use the metaphor of a tree to reflect on your roots, growth, and future, connect with others in a calming space, and finish with a 30-minute mindful walk around the Olympic Park.
Led by George Ramos and Dominic Dowling, Student Counsellors (CBT Therapists) from UCL Student Support and Wellbeing. This event will be happening in room 529!

Join Mile Rainbow CIC for this bite-sized interactive wellbeing session designed to help you cope with challenges before they escalate.
These practical 20-minute mini-sessions, led by Hong Zhou (MBBS, MSc, MPH, MHFA), will guide you through evidence-based, powerful tools and techniques to protect both body and mind from the harmful effects of stress. Expect a mix of reflection, discussion, and take-home strategies you can use straight away – all within your lunch break.
