Discover how citizen science is helping protect nature and transform conservation across the UK!
Join the UCL People and Nature Lab for a free seminar exploring how citizen science is supporting nature recovery across Purbeck, home to the UK's first Super National Nature Reserve.
Led by Michelle Brown, Property Ecologist at the National Trust, this session will explore how volunteer-led wildlife surveys and ecological monitoring have evolved over the past decade, helping researchers and conservationists collect valuable data, protect habitats and support nature recovery.
Whether you're interested in sustainability, biodiversity, conservation or simply want to learn more about how people can make a difference to the natural world, this is a great opportunity to hear from an expert in the field.
This is a hybrid event, so you can join either in person at UCL East or online via Microsoft Teams.
If you're attending online, once you've booked your free ticket, please email [email protected] to receive your Teams joining instructions.
