Join Running, Athletics and Cross Country Club (RAX) for a coached athletics session at Parliament Hill Athletics track. Sessions for distance, middle distance, sprints, jumps and throws, so come and try something new! Open for absolute beginners and returning athletes.

When - Tuesday 23rd 7pm
Where - Parliament Hill Athletics Track. Look out for people wearing purple UCL kit!
What - Intervals sessions to improve distance running (5km+) and Middle Distance (800m-3000m). Sprints training is 200m tempos.  Jumps and throws training tbc. 

No need to get a ticket, just show up!
