We are pleased to announce that the Karting Club will be going karting outdoors at our personal favorite track, Rye House! Join us for a 60 minute Grand Prix style format, comprising of 15 minutes of combined practice and qualifying, followed by 45 minutes of pure racing, including a standing grid start! The format of this event is a team GP style, meaning that teams of 2 will be formed prior to the race!
Due to the track's policy, we need to be there at least 1 hour before our booking. Therefore, we will be gathering up all together opposite of the Student Center before the session at 13:30, so that we can get to the track on time! Feel free to arrange your own travel but make sure to arrive before 15:00, otherwise you risk losing racing time and potentially your place!
To be able to purchase tickets for this event, you need to be a paid member! The tickets will be released on 5th November at 13:30, so mark your calendars if you want to purchase a ticket before they get sold out!
