Discover a new way to relax, reflect, and express yourself at this Neurographic Art Workshop hosted by Yesense.
This creative wellbeing session introduces you to neurographic drawing, a mindful art technique that combines free-flowing lines and patterns to support relaxation, focus, and emotional clarity.
No artistic experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity to de-stress, explore creativity, and connect with others in a welcoming environment. All materials will be provided, so come along and enjoy a calming, hands-on experience designed to support student wellbeing.
These events are framed with Commuters in mind🚅
Events will be held on campus during peak student hours, between 11am–3pm or over lunchtime, as well as 5pm–7pm to help you avoid rush hour. They'll be low cost or free, run as one-off, often drop-in sessions and you'll need minimal or no equipment. We'll also make sure to advertise events at least a week ahead to help accommodate your work or childcare commitments. Finally, events will always be non-drinking or light-drinking so you can feel safe travelling home afterwards.
