Start the week off with a silent meditation session to centre yourself!
This session is led by Reid Humble, the UCL Chaplain and Interfaith Adviser.
This session is transferred to Tuesday, because of the Bank Holiday.
He will introduce you to centering contemplation, a form of silent meditation he has been practicing for around 15 years. We will then meditate silently for 20 minutes. You are also welcome to use a different meditation practice you are familiar with.
This setting suitable for people from all faith backgrounds and those from none. The silence allows us to maintain a variety of intentions while practicing together.
