As your Union we care about sustainability, which is why our cafes team prioritise working with sustainable and ethical suppliers such as Tony’s. We love inviting some of our suppliers to campus so that you can hear about their missions and how much of a difference you can make even with small choices.
To kick us off this year we’re joined by Olivia Bell, a Foodservice Service Executive at Tony’s Chocoloney who will take you behind the scenes of one of the world’s best-known ethical chocolate brands. From Tony’s mission to end exploitation in the cocoa industry to the journey of getting products onto shelves, we’ll explore what it’s like to work for a purpose-led organisation and the role businesses can play in driving positive change.
