Join us for our painting class with Alice White!
Alice White is a tutor at the University of Arts London, and an Accredited Lecturer for the Art Society. She brings over 15 years of experience to this role, and is looking forward to connecting with you all! Suitable for people of every skill level.
PALETTE KNIFE PAINTING (Acrylic or Oil)
- Please bring in ONE PRINTED/PHOTOGRAPH IMAGE OF A LANDSCAPE for this class. It could be a real place or imaginary. Your tutor will have reference images available. ((N.B: Images on iPhones/smartphones are not recommended, as your phone could get damaged by paint))
YOU WILL:
- Learn how to use palette knives of different shapes and sizes
- Create a range of different texture effects
- Learn to use impasto painting mediums
- Learn to build up/control paint in thick layers
- Use the palette knife with the brush
- Try experimental painting techniques
