Survivors Can Shine works to empower and protect children and young people by providing platforms to celebrate and amplify their voices. Bringing communities together to change perceptions around child abuse and create young Ambassadors for Change.
We believe that every child has the right to be free from any type of abuse. Our commitment is to ensure that every child knows their rights and the power of their voice. Our Ambassadors for Change programme equips children & young people with new skills and provides them with creative platforms to be seen and heard. This empowers them to change the narrative, gain confidence and create lasting generational change.
We are excited to host this year's Ambassadors for Change Community event, the first event of its kind on the iconic Hampstead Heath. Taking place on Saturday May 25th in celebration of International Family Day, supported by BBC Children in Need, Radio 1Xtra and The Mayor of London. We are bringing children, young people and the wider community together in collective strength in a positive movement for change.
