Our purpose is to empower young Londoners to become confident, resilient individuals who make a positive impact in their communities. We do this by sharing the skills to cook nutritious meals and the joy of eating together, fostering independence and healthy habits for life.
We believe that delicious wholesome food, prepared from scratch and eaten together can help young people lead happier, healthier lives. We apply this same ethos to our supper clubs and bespoke events.
We run weekly hands-on cooking sessions for young people, using food as a tool to improve health, combat social isolation, and boost employability. Led by professional chefs, our programmes teach practical cooking skills while growing independence, creativity, and confidence.
Beyond our weekly sessions, we also run hospitality focused courses with industry experience and cooking sessions for parents with children.
