Are you looking to inspire young people and help them reach their full potential? If so then the Routes2Success programme is perfect for you. Join our team of dedicated ethnic minority Role Models & Mentors and help make a change.

Our Role Models & Mentors deliver workshop sessions in schools and other youth organisations which are aimed at boosting the aspirations, employability skills and overall self confidence of ethnic minority young people.

Each school / youth organisation receives three workshop sessions delivered on a weekly basis, with session lasting for 90 minutes.

Our programme operates pan London, and so you will be required to travel.

Some of the boroughs we work in but are not limited to are:

Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Lambeth.

In these sessions, our Role Models share their own life experiences in the hope that our young people are inspired. Role Models also complete a range of different tasks with young people such as helping them map out their future goals.

Following the initial workshop sessions, there is the opportunity for selected young people to receive 1-2-1 mentoring. This would involve you going back to that school and providing that young person with more focused and bespoke support, that is tailored to their needs.
