Based at our day centre you will support our reception team to create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients & assist in the smooth running of this area.

Duties
  • Provide assistance to our clients (Handing out supplies, charging phones etc.) & record all interactions on our system.
  • Answering the phone, dealing enquires
  • Help to maintain a safe space for all by carrying out courtyard & toilet checks.
  • Washing towels and stocking up supplies. Tidying the book shelf 

Tasks will be carried out alongside a staff member; you will receive all the training & support you need to carry out your role. 

Who will the volunteers be working with?
You'll be working alongside our reception team, who will support you throughout your time with us.
You will be in a front facing role with our clients - those who are rough sleeping & vulnerably housed .

Time commitment

One session a week , for 3 hours.
