Description

Caritas St Joseph’s Pastoral Centre, based in Hendon, North West London, is a charity that works with and supports adults with intellectual disabilities to learn. 

We are looking for a volunteer to help in the kitchen at the Centre on Friday each week from 10:00am – 13:30pm, term time only.

Travel expenses (public transport) will be reimbursed and lunch is provided, if required.

 

Duties

The role will involve assisting the cook with the preparation of the lunch which is provided for students and staff.

The volunteer must be prepared to assist not only with preparing the food but also with washing / clearing up afterwards.

Who will the volunteers be working with?
You will be working alongside members of staff.

Time commitment

Friday each week from 10:00am – 13:30pm, term time only.
