Retail therapy doesn't have to cost the Earth!
On Wednesday 11th of February, Think and Do Camden are hosting a Street Swap at Swiss Cottage Library. We're looking for 5 volunteers who want to help tackle social inequity, generate awareness 0f circularity and waste reduction in Camden, and build resilience through community activity. Duties

The day will start at 9:30am and run till 4pm. In summary, you will be helping out with setting up the stall and managing the clothes swap with T&D staff and local Camden residents. Duties for the day might include:

  • Collecting clothes and other household items from outside our target streets and buildings.
  • Engaging with local residents to encourage them to visit our stall at Swiss Cottage Library (People may have questions about the project), potentially flyer at the local Farmer's Market which will be happening around the corner at the same time.
  • Data collection:
    • Number of households leaving out items
    • Number of visitors to the stall
    • Logging items collected
    • Logging swaps
