We offer convenient and affordable event venues in central London. Whether you’re planning a party, looking for a function room or hosting a conference, our versatile venues have you covered.
From spaces with capacity for up to 300 people to more intimate venues suitable for 30, our spaces have hosted meetings, training workshops, birthday parties, seminars, away days, conferences, performances and hospitality receptions. Our passionate cafés team are also on hand to take the stress out of catering, offering tailored packages to suit your needs.

We understand that choosing the right space for your event is vital to it's success, which is why our team are on hand to offer support as needed.
Each of our four venues have their own personality and features, and can accommodate a number of different layouts from reception to cabaret set ups, lecture to boardroom layouts and can have a lectern and presentation screen made available.
All our venues also have free Wi-Fi for guests and can run a staffed and stocked bar upon request. Alternatively we can also offer bespoke food and drink packages such as tea and coffee, canapes or prosecco on arrival. Just let us know your needs when making an enquiry.

Institute
Availability: Available year-round for Saturday bookings only.
Accessibility: Located in the Institute for Education building, he venue is partially accessible by accessing the bar via the main building concourse.
Capacity: 30 - 300 dependent on room layout/event
Key features: Large exterior terrace, and pizza oven.
One of our most popular bars on campus, Institute is well loved for its spacious industrial look inside and large wraparound terrace.
Institute has a mix of cosy casual areas and table seating, as well as two pool tables, a pizza oven and a PA sound system. The space is ideal for parties and social events, although can also be set up in a lecture/presentation style.



Phineas
Availability: Open for bookings every day from mid-June to mid-September.
Accessibility: Located on the 3rd floor of 25 Gordon Street, the venue is fully accessible via the ramp and lift.
Capacity: 16 - 350 dependent on room layout/event.
Key features: Stage and DJ booth, size, and partitionable space.
Our largest bar space on campus is also our most versatile with screens throughout the venue. Comfortable hosting meetings, presentations, receptions and parties the 'L' shaped space is great for zoning areas with a stage and DJ booth at one end closest to the bar. A smaller 20 capacity room can also be split off depending on your needs.
Mully's
Availability: Open for external bookings every day during April, May, July and August.
Accessibility: Located in the basement of Lewis Building, the venue is fully accessible via the ramp and lift.
Capacity: 16 - 250 dependent on room layout/event.
Key features: Full stage with professional event lighting throughout venue with DJ booth.
With it's large stage, recently installed professional lighting system and wide floor space Mully's is popular for hosting social events and parties including Karaoke, quizzes, theatre and comedy showcases. The space has also hosted training sessions for larger groups with a theatre capacity of 150. Upstairs, The Huntley can provide a great casual/social breakout space to compliment events.


The Huntley
Availability: Throughout April and from July - mid-September.
Accessibility: Located on the ground floor of the Lewis Building, only the the ground floor of the venue is partially accessible.
Capacity: 20 - 150 dependent on room layout/event.
Key features: Cosy pub atmosphere with additional rooms upstairs.
Located above Mully's our very own mini-pub can provide an intimate breakout area or casual social space for events. The Huntley also has additional rooms upstairs for larger groups.
From tea and coffee refreshments to canapes, breakfast platters to full afternoon tea and more our passionate catering team is here for you. We tailor packages to suit your event and dietary needs, with personalised pricing so you only pay for what you want.
For something different we also work closely with out catering partner Curry On Naanstop to be able to deliver globally inspired mains, canapes and desserts too.
