Contact us to request event catering from the Students' Union Cafes Team

Our catering team can provide catering for small events (maximum 100 people) on the central Bloomsbury campus - minimum spend of £80 is required with 5 working days notice period. 

We can provide any of the items which are regularly available for sale in our cafes. This includes: 

  • Fairtrade tea & coffee
  • Soft drinks
  • Traybakes
  • Pastries
  • Muffins
  • Crisps & Snacks
  • Fresh Fruits
  • Freshly prepared sandwich or wrap platters ( 1 platter covers 5 people)
  • Afternoon Tea ( minimum 10 people )
  • Alcoholic drinks (Beer, Prosecco, Wines)

Please note, we no longer provide disposable cups for our catering events. You can choose between asking your attendees to bring their own mugs, or we can provide a limited number of reusable mugs.

Any UCL or Union staff member or a club/society president or treasurer can order event catering.

We offer delivery or collection options for your order dependent on your needs. We can deliver to most UCL rooms on the Bloomsbury Campus or you can collect your order from one of our Students' Union Cafés.

Please give your event a reference name for us
Please specify the date of the event/when catering is required. Bookings must be at least five working days in advance.
Do you require delivery or will you collect the catering?
We can deliver to most UCL rooms on the main Bloomsbury campus, or you can collect from one of the Students' Union Cafes.
Please provide a UCL room number if possible
Please let us know the time you would like the catering to be ready for collection/to be delivered

For delivered catering, collection will be made at this time.

For collected catering, you are responsible to return all equipment at this time to the cafe from which you collected it.

We cannot currently provide catering for more than 100 people, except in specific circumstances. If your event is more than 100 people, please provide details in the box on the next page.
