This Girl Can funded by The National Lottery is a national campaign celebrating women being active no matter how they do it! The campaign believes that there’s no “right” way to get active. However you jiggle, kick, lift, stretch, or sprint, it’s time to get moving how you please.

Students' Union UCL This Girl Can Week will run from Monday 24 January - Sunday 30 January 2022. We will be celebrating women in sport and inspiring all students to try something new or get back into a physical activity through a week of beginner friendly activities. We have collaborated with many of our Sports Clubs to offer free taster sessions and will also be running classes run by external instructors at a very low cost.

Hatha Flow is the branch of yoga that concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class.
