Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May) is an opportunity to pause, connect and focus on our wellbeing. We're hosting a series of events designed to support mental health, encourage open conversations and help you discover practical ways to look after yourself and others.

Enjoy beginner-friendly creative activities such as painting, dance and mindful crafts with ArtsUnlocked. Build confidence in the kitchen at a Cook for Change cooking workshop, or join free All Jokes Aside sport, fitness and activity sessions designed to build confidence, connection and positive wellbeing. Everyone is welcome to take part and explore new ways to prioritise mental wellbeing.
