Group OneWhere: TeamUCL Gym, 3rd Floor, Bloomsbury Theatre Building, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH When: Sunday 9 February, Sunday 16 February, Sunday 23 February, Sunday 2 March, Sunday 23 March and Sunday 30 March 2025 Instructor: Marilena Schnorrenberg Time: 19:45 - 20:30 (during the Women Only Hours in TeamUCL Gym) Cost: £20 (this includes all 6 sessions) What's included in the cost: 45 minutes of coaching each week. What to expect from the sessions: This Learn to... six-week block is perfect for those that have already completed the Learn to... Lift in Term One or those that are confident with the basics of lifting! This six-week block will expand on your current knowledge and build on what you have learnt. This six-block gives you time to experience the gym independently and then reconvene to address challenges, identify areas for deeper focus, and tackle any remaining barriers. The goal is to support you in feeling strong and confident doing your own lifting sessions in the future, and maybe even taking up a strength sport like powerlifting! Please note: When you purchase the six week block of sessions, we have an expectation that you attend all six sessions. Please ensure you are able to commit to attending all six sessions before you sign up. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Attendance: We highly recommend attending all six sessions to make the most out of this activity. For those who complete all six sessions, you will receive a Learn to... digital certificate on completion. If you cannot attend all sessions due to unforeseen circumstances please email [email protected] and referred to our Learn to... refund policy.
Refund Policy: Once the programme has started there are no refunds, unless there is a class cancellation and you cannot attend the rearranged date. You will then be refunded for this single class. If you have purchased a Learn to... course and can no longer attend, you can apply for a refund up to 7 days before the course starts.
