What is This Girl Can?

This Girl Can funded by The National Lottery is a national campaign celebrating women being active no matter how they do it. The campaign believes that there’s no “right” ways to get active, however you jiggle, kick, lift, stretch, or sprint, it’s time to get moving in any way you like.

This years campaign has a mission to get active outdoors, launching the 'Let's Get Out There' focusing on natural environments such as parks, outdoor courts, forests and costal areas. The aim is "for women to think of nature and outdoor spaces as places to enjoy and improve their physical health and overall wellbeing"
