Join us for the UCL Injury Prevention Workshop, a pre-event session designed to help you train smarter and stay injury-free in the lead-up to the UCL Campus Run.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, this workshop will equip you with essential knowledge on how to prevent common running injuries, improve recovery, and optimise your training.

Led by Adil, an experienced run leader, the session will cover:

✅ Effective warm-up and cool-down techniques
✅ Strength and mobility exercises to support endurance
✅ Tips on pacing and training safely in the weeks leading up to the UCL Campus Run
