Mindfulness Webinar

Join our interactive webinar on mindfulness on Wednesday 23rd July, from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. 

We will learn and explore what mindfulness is and the different ways in can be put into practice. Mindfulness techniques can help to manage anxiety and stress also help with focus and concentration. The tools and techniques learned in this workshop can be implemented and practiced daily.
