This workshop will explore the relationship between neurodivergence and mental health. It will provide an opportunity to discuss some of the mental health challenges students may experience, how neurodivergence can influence wellbeing, and strategies for managing these challenges.

The session will also explore the support available to students at UCL, including where to seek help and how to access appropriate services and resources.

Designed for neurodivergent students, this workshop explores the relationship between neurodivergence and mental health.

This event is for neurodivergent students (diagnosed or undiagnosed).
