We invited international student ambassadors, a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator and members of the International Student Support team to share their tips on navigating exam season in a relaxed setting.

The team will be talking to you about common challenges faced by international students during and outside of exam season, and their top-tips to help you manage these challenges. They will also talk to you about the support that is available to you from Student Support and Wellbeing Services and how to access this.

The team will also chat to you about how to apply for a Reasonable Adjustment and what drop-in sessions and appointments are available for you, should you like to speak to someone.

Importantly, we will have international student ambassadors sharing their tips from their own experiences.

There will also be lots of time for questions throughout the session and you can ask these both anonymously and non-anonymously.

The workshop will be followed by 30 minutes where you can stay and chat to other students with a game or some colouring, if you'd like to.

Please feel free to bring friends, or come on your own! Our events are open to everyone and are a great opportunity to meet new people in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive setting. Members of the Student Support and Wellbeing Services team will be there to support you in making these connections with others too. We look forward to meeting you!

This session is part of UCL's Exam Season Toolkit Campaign, organised by UCL Student Support and Wellbeing Services.
