Yarn, Candles, and Charity: Join Knitting Society and Lamorna Society for our Fundraiser Collab 🕯️!
We are hosting a fundraising event with a majority portion of ticket proceeds going to Sunshine Action UK, a poverty relief charity that distributes Fortune Bags filled with food and sanitary essentials to homeless and low income individuals. They work closely with UCL, having previously packed 300 bags at our student centre! Your single ticket will cover around 70% of the cost for a Fortune Bag, so please join us in supporting their cause ☀️.

You will have the opportunity to make both a candle and an accompanying candle cosy! Materials and patterns for both items will be provided. Come along and make your candle, learn how to knit or crochet a cosy, and contribute to a meaningful cause 🫶
🎟️ A ticket is required for this fundraising event and will be available to purchase. Due to limited capacity, we will only be releasing 20 tickets, so grab yours quick!
