To celebrate the centenary of the UCL fencing club (1925 - 2025), we shall be running a tournament in the Grant Zoology Museum on campus on Thursday the 12th of June. The tournament will be a single one-on one-off seeded knockout competition for each weapon, alongside some exhibition matches. This is a fantastic opportunity to to fence in a historic location, at this historic point in the life of UCL fencing.
This event will run from 3pm to 8pm, with the first session in Bloomsbury fitness from 3-5pm for warmup and seeding, followed by a break, and then the tournament in the museum from 6-8pm.
Arrival: Bloomsbury fitness (Mandela Hall) at 3pm (for warm up) or 5pm (seeding only).
Tickets: £7.50 (open to friends and family of fencers, and all club members)
This event will include photography and recording, if you wish not to be included or have any other questions, please contact: andrew.keenlyside.23@ucl.ac.uk
