An overview of the project
In 1959 we took temporary residence in 25 Gordon Street. We're still here today, but UCL has changed significantly. Originally the plan was to build a Students' Union building where the new Student Centre is today, but we're happy where we are. Now it's time to seize the opportunity to turn our spaces across campus into places to be proud of.
What's next in our space development
We’re converting the study space on floor two of 25 Gordon St. into offices for some of our staff teams and moving the Advice Service from the Bloomsbury Theatre building to floor one of 25 Gordon St. This frees up space on floor one and two of Lewis’s and floor one of the Bloomsbury Theatre.

All Student Meeting 21 January 2019
We hold  All Student Meetings (General Assemblies) so that any member of the Union can vote on ideas relating to something really important. These are the issues that we think it’s necessary to be able to say that a large number of you have agreed or disagreed with something. Anyone can attend and vote, and anyone can submit ideas to be discussed and voted on.
Meet your Mature and Part-Time Students' Officer
We talked to Sadiya Khanom, your Mature and Part-Time Students’ Officer for 2019 - 2020. She would love to get to know all the students that she is representing, so come along to her walk in talk sessions or her coffee mornings. Here's a bit more about herself.

An "oasis" at UCL
Written by an anonymous studentI joined the Jazz Society choir in my second year after spending the entirety of the first year stalking them on Instagram – they were a lively society whose every event seemed successful, large, and, well, jazzy.
