Here you can tell us about your volunteering this academic year below, so we can update your UCL record and provide a certificate to recognise your achievement!

Before that we'd love to see you at our Community Awards Ceremony on Thursday 29 May - when you've submitted your certificate details why not save the date!
The event is open to all UCL student volunteers and is a special thank you for the incredible contribution you’ve have made over the past academic year. We’ll also be welcoming staff from across UCL and from our various partners, some of which you have volunteered with.

Add your volunteering to your UCL Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)

If you have been volunteering on a community project, you may be able to add it to your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR). In order to do so, you’ll need to have completed at least 20 hours of verifiable community volunteering in one academic year with one of the Volunteering Service’s partner organisations or Student-Led Projects

If you have been a Project Leader on one of our Student Led Projects, you are eligible to include this on your HEAR, as long as your supervisor in the Volunteering Service is happy to verify. Note that HEAR is available for most undergraduates; however, postgraduates, medical students and students on a few other courses don’t get one. If you’re unsure, please check UCL’s eligibility guidance for current students.

If you’re interested in obtaining this, visit our Volunteering Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) page before the end of June.
