Hi! This is a spacious loft room in a three-story semi-detached house on Surr Street. It is a 5 minute walk away from Caledonian Road Station and very convenient for transport. There are 3 existing female flatmates in the house. All of them are very friendly UCL students respectful of boundaries in the house. The house is in very good condition; has two bathrooms (one which has been newly renovated), a very big shared living room and kitchen space, and a patio. There is also a WiFi connection.

There is also a newly bought desk and chair in the room but it is not shown in the picture.
