Taiwanese Society: Head of Events

I would like to nominate myself for Head of Events for the UCL Taiwanese Society because I am passionate about creating meaningful and welcoming experiences for our community. Having served as Head of Events in high school and as an Events Officer at Taiwanese Society this year, I have received valuable experiences in planning and implementing events, as well as understanding what makes activities entertaining and inclusive. As Head of Events, my goal would be to continue the society’s traditions while diversifying our activities to create more opportunities for members to connect, make friends, and feel a sense of warmth and belonging within the community. I also hope to create a supportive environment where members feel supported both academically and in terms of their well-being.
