Grace O'Neill

Hi everyone, I’m Grace, a second-year Applied Medical Sciences student. This year, I have really enjoyed learning new skills in softball training and being part of all the fun at socials! As I head into my final year, I would love to take on a larger role within Women's Cricket by standing for the Welfare Officer position. I have a genuine passion for supporting women in sports through my part-time job as a gymnastics coach. I know how to create a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and included. As a coach, I’ve had experience handling safeguarding and well-being concerns. I look forward to bringing this knowledge to the society if members come to me for support. I’m also excited to organise welfare socials for the team to relax and unwind in the busyness of uni. Besides, I'm always down for a movie night or a cosy craft-filled evening! Most of all, I'm looking forward to supporting the committee to create a society that everyone is proud to be part of.
