For a club our size playing a sport that incurs so many expenses, proper management and allocation of funds is essential. A Treasurer should be knowledgeable, reliable and committed.

I'm standing for Treasurer because I believe it to be the best way I can help the club going forwards. I ran for Equipment Officer because i wanted to have the most direct impact on our players and performance, and in my time I've seen how expenses can accumulate as kit expires or just isn't returned. This has motivated me and prepared me to take on greater responsibility as Treasurer, with the goal of having a more significant contribution to the operations of the club.

I am the best choice for this role. I plan to bring the reliability and dedication I've demonstrated this year on the field and in the committee to safeguarding our team's financial standing. If we are serious about getting back to D1, we have to be serious about managing our resources.

Zach Chu

Our treasurer this year was Fuki, and no shade to fuki, but unc had the committee group chat muted, which I will not do🙏

I will do my job to the best of my ability, and work with our dear president Isaac to ensure our club doesn’t end up broke by mismanaging finances🫡

With my Asianess, I definately know numbers and finance👍

Rajveer Ubi

When I was younger, I used to watch SpongeBob, and one of my favourite characters was Mr Krabs due to his love for money. Mr Krabs has always been an influential figure to me, and I have always believed that his economic and business philosophy rivals that of other great economists such as Adam Smith. Following Mr Krabs business model, I, as a treasurer of the Emperors, will be able to keep track of every penny that the club has so that we can invest the money correctly into the club lead us to prosper next season. My top priority that I believe the club should spend more in are equipment to replace old ones and a better pitch so that we can have proper training sessions and encourage more people to come to training. That is why I am running for treasurer, for the betterment of this wonderful club.

I will leave you with one quote that I think sums up my campaign.

"A 5 letter word for happiness: MONEY" - Mr Krabs.
