Efe for UCL Game Development Society Treasurer
Hi, I’m Efe, and I’m excited to run for Treasurer of UCL Game Development Society!
As a founding member and Workshop Officer this year, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping the society from the ground up. Hosting weekly workshops, I’ve helped members improve their skills, collaborate on projects, and dive deeper into game development. Seeing the community grow and thrive has been incredibly rewarding, and I want to continue contributing by ensuring the society has the financial resources to expand, improve, and reach even more aspiring game developers.
What I Will Bring:
✅ Financial stability & transparency – Ensuring we have a well-managed budget so we can host more high-quality events, workshops, and game jams.
✅ More sponsorships & funding – Securing partnerships to provide resources, industry connections, and potential prizes for our members.
✅ Bigger and better events – Making sure we can fund larger game jams, guest speaker sessions, and hands-on workshops.
✅ Affordable and accessible experiences – Keeping event and membership costs low while maximizing value for everyone.
Being part of this society from day one, I’ve seen the passion and creativity of our members firsthand. As Treasurer, I want to make sure we have everything we need to keep growing and making amazing games together!
