I see you like musicals! then you’ve come to the right place, because this is the society where all theatre kids meet and have fun! We put on multiple shows throughout the year, about 2 larger sized productions and several more small shows! 🎵
We also have lots of other opportunities to enjoy Musical Theatre in a no-pressure environment, such as our workshops, galas, choir etc. We also do lots of fun and cool socials not only within the Musical Theatre Society, as well as with other arts societies, come along for a formal ball, a trip to the theatre, or a karaoke night! 🎤 There’s something for everyone!
Our society not only offers different opportunities for you to develop acting, singing and dancing skills, this is also a safe space for creating life-long friendships and to express yourself through art. If you have any ideas yourself, you can propose (bid) this idea to the committee to make them come true! From a big show, to ‘Tiny Mini’ one-off events, you can make it happen! Our workshops cover a wide range of aspects, from singing and acting, to growing your skills as a producer! They are open to all skill levels! Last year, we had the privilege to work with WestEnd professionals who came in and led several workshops! INSANE right?! This year, we will be aiming to continue to put on these amazing workshops, as well as putting greater emphasis on dancing and choreography.
