Who are we?

The ANZO (Australian, New Zealand, and Oceanian) Society was first established in 2019, and is an intercultural community centered around connecting UCL students from our corner of the world together. Although ANZO is focused on this region, it is open to all, especially those keen to appreciate ANZO cultures, and more generally, have a good time! 

Whether you are keen to network with like-minded people, or simply to cure some homesickness, ANZO boasts both a wide range of social events and a friendly community eager to welcome you! More details below ↓↓ 

Our events

ANZO is open for recommendations - if you have an idea for a social/ a suggestion for a calendar event you'd like to see celebrated, send us an email at [email protected] just make sure you're a member with us to attend! 

Memberships

We are offering two types of memberships for the 25-26 academic year: a social and full membership. 

  • Standard membership (£5) access to ALL events throughout the year (socials plus networking, outreach, joint events across unis, sporting events, welfare, and everything else). Perfect for Aussies, Kiwis, and Oceanic students AND anyone interested in getting involved!
  • Social membership (£3) access to a certain number of socials each term. Perfect for those here for a good time!
  • Taster membership (free) grab to get access to our welcome/early events. Perfect for freshers!
