Purchase software licenses (Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Microsoft Project etc).
Cloud services generallyIf not Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, or a Microsoft license like Microsoft Project, departments are generally free to purchase subscriptions to cloud software.
