Thank a member of staff who’s committed to listening to and working with students and their representatives to improve and change education in their module, programme, or department.
Nominate someone who:
- Is responsive to students, listen attentively, and act on feedback
- Engages openly and honestly with student comments, taking responsibility for problems and seeking solutions
- Proactively involves students in addressing issues, finding solutions, and improving their education, particularly during challenging circumstances
