Indonesian Society Constitution Amendment

Summary of proposed changes

1. Add Vice President position - The Vice President position, elected in the 2024 leadership race should be added to the constitution as it was not included in last year’s constitution.
2. An additional events director position - With the new committee in place, we have planned to host an increased number of events this 2024/25 academic year, including many collaborations with other societies. During term time it will be too much work for one events director alone to initiate and organise all our planned events. Our team has discussed and decided we would like to elect another events director to support the current Events Director to ensure efficient planning and balancing workload during term time.
3. Create a Post Graduate Representative position - As the current committee consists of undergraduate students only, we do not have the knowledge and updated information which are important for our post graduate members. The role will ensure relevant postgraduate information is communicated and events are organised for our postgraduate members.
