Summary of proposed changes

Added New Roles:

3.4.1. Social Secretary
3.4.1.1. Combination of the roles of Social Media Manager and Events Manager
3.4.1.2. The social media manager’s role is to manage the society’s social media (Instagram and Facebook), respond to messages and promote the society online.
3.4.1.3. Events manager: in charge of organising events outside the dance lessons.

3.4.2. Demonstrator
3.4.2.1. Responsible for assisting with running the regular dance sessions, demonstrating moves to new and existing members.

3.4.3. Vice President
3.4.3.1. Responsible for assisting in the running of the society alongside the president and treasurer.
3.4.3.2. Responsible for the day to day running of the society (alongside the treasurer) in the presidents absence, in accordance with section 5.7 of the Club and Society Regulations.
