The Secretary shall:
- Take accurate notes of forum proceedings and circulate those notes after the forum.
- Support the Student Officer in the production and circulation of agendas.

I want to organize more engaging social events, peer support circles, and professional networking sessions tailored for queer students. By bridging communication between the student body and the union, I hope to ensure that every LGBTQ+ student feels safe, celebrated, and practically supported throughout their university journey.
