To this role, I bring unmatched dedication to championing student voices and advancing staff-student dialogue, evidenced by being the only student in my degree to serve as course rep for three consecutive years. This role honed my skills in gathering and voicing student feedback. My involvement in a groundbreaking ChangeMakers project underscores my commitment to student-faculty collaboration and improving student learning. With deep empathy and a drive for inclusivity, I've actively contributed to the transition mentor and peer support teams, aiming to elevate every IOE student's experience.
I plan to set attainable student-centred goals, and be committed to seeing them through. I aim to amplify the benefits of the Assessment Hub, the product of our acclaimed ChangeMakers project, and equip every student in the faculty with invaluable resources to aid in deciphering assessment feedback constructively. I also envision a system allowing students to get swift answers to pressing questions without overburdening our respected lecturers. Lastly, I will champion for operational lifts at all times and the installation of coat hooks in teaching rooms. Let us refine our IOE experience.
